Because we accept a limited number of clients and we have limited space in our calendars, we do not provide refunds. We do guarantee that we will provide you with all services purchased within our control. All scheduled appointments for services must be cancelled no less than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, an additional fee of $250 may be assessed and/or the length of scheduled meeting will be deducted from the agreement.
For purchases of event tickets, if you have attended the entire event and do not feel you received value, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price upon request.
